FOUNDER | VOCAL INSTRUCTOR

Cynthia received her Bachelors in Music from Berklee College of Music. During her studies, her principle instrument was voice. She also received her Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Music Business from a joint program between Southern New Hampshire University and Berklee College of Music.

Cynthia has developed a specific structure and curriculum for her lessons that provide a balance of fun and quality education. 

In addition to teaching music, she also writes songs for other artists and is the worship director at her church. 

PIANO INSTRUCTOR

Bryana Wilson is a student at Yale University and is a graduate from Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy. She has played piano for 13 years. Seven of those years were directly under Cynthia Whitehead which has made her extremely knowledgeable of the curriculum and teaching methods.

She specializes in music composition as well as improvisation and has a special place in her heart for beginner piano students. She has written several songs and has performed at multiple events including fundraisers, showcases, church services, and weddings.

She hopes to start people on their piano journey with high hopes and confidence and is overall very excited to share her love of piano and music with others!

GUITAR, BASS, UKULELE INSTRUCTOR

Benson Thai is a Connecticut native who has been playing music for over ten years.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Film and English from the University of Hartford where he minored in music at the Hart School concentrating in areas of music theory, jazz guitar, and sound recording. He additionally holds an associate's degree in fine art from Northwestern Connecticut Community College.

Benson primarily plays instrumental arrangements of jazz and pop standards in a style he describes as "part Chet Atkins, part Joe Pass, and part Robert Johnson." He specializes in music theory and arranging music for solo guitar.
